Nina Dorabialski (b.1993) is a Sydney born Polish artist based in Sydney. Her practice takes the form of painting, performance and immersive installation. Her eerie forms dance along the lines of intuitive magic, pagan poetry and ancestral mythology.

Deeply rooted in Apolonia’s subject matter is a yearning for the romantic subconscious of all the things to revolt; to blow through their mundane utilitarian mask and flaunt their fanciful vulnerabilities. Heavy textures upon fragile structures, soaked with the honest stench of primal human nature, tower at the vanguard of this passionate rebellion.
